We've seen enough vendor relationships to know how this usually goes. Lots of promises on the sales call. Lots of excuses once you've signed. We do it differently.

Everything below is in the contract. If we don't deliver, you have recourse. That's the deal.

Outcomes

We can't control markets, buyer motivation, your agents' performance, or timing.

  • Specific close rates

    Anyone promising "X closings per month" is lying. Close rates depend on lead quality and your team.

  • ROI timelines

    "Get your money back in 90 days" is marketing. Real estate cycles are 6-18 months.

  • Lead quality from your sources

    We convert what you send us. If your campaigns generate tire-kickers, we can't turn them into buyers.

  • Your agents' execution

    We get qualified leads on the phone. We can't close for them.

What you commit to

This only works if both sides execute. Here's what we need from you.

Fund your advertising

We convert leads. You provide the lead flow.

Answer transfers within 2 hours

During business hours, someone needs to pick up.

Report closings within 7 days

We're paid at close. Timely reporting is required.

Use the CRM as system of record

No shadow pipelines. Everything in one place.

Maintain agent roster

Keep contact info and availability current.

Participate in coaching

Attend calls. Implement feedback. Communicate issues.

These aren't suggestions. They're contractual obligations. If you can't commit to them, the partnership doesn't work for either of us.

Dispute Resolution

Disagreements happen. Here's how we handle them.

Raise the issue within 14 days

Disputes must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the event in question. Include specific dates, lead IDs, and supporting evidence.

We review within 7 business days

Our team reviews the evidence, pulls system logs, and responds with findings. If we made an error, we fix it.

Escalation if needed

If you disagree with our findings, you can request escalation to leadership. We'll schedule a call within 5 business days.

Final resolution

For unresolved disputes, the contract includes arbitration provisions. This has never been necessary - we prefer to work things out directly.

Cloud Deal attribution disputes: Attribution is based on source tracking at lead creation. System records control unless an audit confirms error.

The fine print, summarized

Here's what you're signing up for. No surprises.

CORE Contract Term

12 months

Standard partnership agreement. We're building for the long term, not one-quarter experiments.

SCALE Contract Term

24-36 months

Longer commitment in exchange for lower rates and dedicated resources.

Rate Lock Period

6 months

Your royalty rate is locked for the first 6 months, then may adjust quarterly based on actual performance.

Termination

Standard terms

We don't trap you. But we're not set up for month-to-month experiments either.
