Your leads route to our CRM

We provide DFY + DWY setup and management for your lead sources - Google, Meta, Zillow, realtor.com, and more. Leads enter our CRM within 1 hour of receipt.

You fund your advertising. We set it up, manage it, and handle what comes in.

We respond in under 5 minutes

During coverage hours (8am-8pm local, 7 days/week), our ISA team calls inbound leads within 5 minutes. After-hours leads are contacted by 9am the next day.

This isn't one call and done. We follow up persistently - calls, texts, emails - until we get a real conversation or a definitive answer.

We qualify and nurture

We ask the questions that matter: timeline, budget, pre-approval status, motivation. If they're not ready, they stay in nurture sequences until they are.

Lead status is updated within 24 hours of every attempt. You see everything in the CRM. We have lenders on standby to pre-qualify leads who are unsure about purchasing power.

Live transfer to your agent

When a lead is qualified and ready, we transfer them live to the assigned agent. Not a voicemail. Not an email. A warm handoff while they're on the phone.

Your job: answer within 2 hours during business hours. If you don't, the lead stays in our system until we can connect.

You close. We get paid.

When a deal closes, you report it within 7 days. We invoice based on closed GCI. You pay:

  • A royalty on all closed GCI (rate based on volume)
  • Fixed transaction and CRM fees
  • Additional referral fee on deals we originated

Nothing upfront. We're aligned with your growth overall - not lead-by-lead. If you don't grow, we don't either.
